Mumbai to Nanded Taxi

There are three different routes for the Mumbai to Nanded road trip.

The most common route for Nanded from Mumbai is via Nagpur-Mumbai Expressway, also known as the Samruddhi Mahamarg. It is around 676 km long and requires 10 hours and 50 minutes of driving.

Another route is about 607 km, but takes almost the same travel time. It goes via NH 160 and Nagpur-Mumbai Expressway.

The third route for reaching Nanded takes about 12 hours of time. It is 640 km in distance and goes through NH 65.Although this journey seems longer, you need not worry. Renuka Devi Temple

Located in Mahur, atop a hill, this ancient temple is one of the shakti peethas. In this temple, you will find shrines of Goddess Renuka, Goddess Anusaya, and Kalika. The structure of this temple, built in stones with exquisite carving is also worth admiring. 

Kandhar Fort

Around 1 hour from Nanded, this fort is located by the side of Manyad River. With a rental car by your side, you can comfortably visit this fort. It has seen several reigns, traces of which can be seen on it. One can see remnants of Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist settlements here.

Winter season, starting from October till February is the best time to visit Nanded. Weather remains cooler in this season, which is ideal for road trips as well as sightseeing once you reach Nanded.
